Italian food just like Mom used to make!

We are cousins, who were born and raised in the small town of Sarno/San Marzano.  A village in Southern Italy, world famous for their Italian plum tomatoes.

Growing up our parents had their own farms where they grew the world renowned San Marzano tomatoes, as well as other assorted vegetables, walnuts, and beautiful fig trees.  We also had a beautiful vineyard where they grew grapes and made their own homemade wine.

Our mothers prepared all of our meals with handpicked fresh ingredients, straight from the farm.  I remember how warm and comforting it was to sit at our dining room table, whether with family or friends, we would always enjoy a great home cooked meal.

When our family moved from Italy to the United States, we brought with us the tradition of preparing and enjoying only the finest and freshest Italian Meals.  In the 1980's our family opened a successful Italian Restaurant, which was rated by the New York Times as "Very Good."  We all worked together as a family to prepare and share the same authentic, delicious Italian homemade favorites, just like Mom makes.  We continue the tradition today at Campagna.
